Quincy is a small town of 7,000 in the Florida panhandle about 20 miles northwest of Tallahassee. It is a historic town, and at one time had more millionaires per capita than any other city in the United States.
The interesting story of how this happened in the 1920s and 1930s is well known to the residents of Quincy, but may not be so familiar to others.
