I estimate I’ve driven more than 2,000,000 miles in Florida since I moved here in 1960. I’ve had 37 cars and trucks.
Like they say, you can never get over your first love - or your first car. I bought my 1953 Porsche while I was in the Navy in 1960. It cost $1200. Too bad I sold it; it would be worth a fortune today.
You should have kept it. One just sold at auction for $350,000.
