FLORA-BAMA INTERSTATE MULLET TOSS
An Annual April Tradition
The Flora-Bama Interstate Mullet Toss is held at the Flora-Bama Lounge and Oyster Bar located on Perdido Beach west of Pensacola. The event is held the last full weekend of April every year.
Its organizers decided that tossing a mullet is as good a reason as any to have a beach party. Animal rights activists are assured that none of the mullet used in the contest are alive.
